Built With Grit. Carried Forward With Purpose.

Rain Link Irrigation was built in Tucson around hard work, practical knowledge, and a commitment to doing right by the customer.

Today, that commitment continues through the family and team carrying Rain Link forward, serving Southern Arizona with irrigation, landscape lighting, and outdoor water-management services.

The Story Behind Rain Link Irrigation

Rain Link Irrigation began in Tucson in 2019 with a straightforward idea: understand the irrigation problem, do the work properly, and treat people with respect.

Founder Clint Andrew Dunn brought a disciplined, hands-on approach to the company. His background shaped the way Rain Link operated from the beginning, with an emphasis on learning the work, solving problems carefully, and standing behind the job.

What started as a local irrigation company grew through customer trust, referrals, and a team committed to serving Tucson properties in a climate where reliable irrigation matters.

Today, Rain Link continues to provide irrigation repair, installation, leak detection, drip and sprinkler service, commercial irrigation, landscape lighting, misting systems, and backflow testing throughout Tucson and surrounding communities.

The company has grown, but the principle behind the work has stayed the same: diagnose first, explain clearly, and recommend what the property actually needs.

OUR FOUNDER

In Loving Memory of Clint Andrew Dunn

May 2, 1978 to February 18, 2026

Clint Andrew Dunn was born in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, and raised on a dairy farm in Victoria. Long before he founded Rain Link Irrigation, he learned the value of discipline, responsibility, and finishing the work that needed to be done.

Clint served for 20 years as an infantry soldier in the Australian Army. His military career included service with several infantry, training, and special operations units, along with deployments to East Timor, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

His years of service shaped the way he approached life and business. Clint was direct, determined, loyal, and willing to shoulder the difficult work without complaint.

After immigrating to the United States and building a life with his wife, Kara, Clint developed a passion for irrigation. He completed extensive professional training and founded Rain Link Irrigation in 2019.

What began as a one-man operation grew into a respected Tucson company with a dedicated crew. Clint’s knowledge mattered, but people remember something deeper. They remember the man who showed up, stood behind his work, helped others, and protected the people he considered family.

Clint could appear tough and battle-hardened, but beneath that strength was a generous heart. He loved deeply, remained fiercely loyal, and believed that a person’s word should mean something.

Even during his battle with leukemia, Clint faced each day with the same grit that defined his life. He endured more than most people will ever see, yet he remained determined to protect the future of his family and Rain Link Irrigation.

Clint passed away on February 18, 2026, at the age of 47. His legacy remains present in the company he built, the team he trained, the customers he served, and the family who continues to carry his vision forward.

The Legend will never be forgotten.

The Plans He Left Behind

When Clint understood that Kara might one day have to continue without him, he did not leave her without direction.

He left plans, notes, knowledge, and a vision for the future of Rain Link Irrigation.

Today, Kara is carefully reading those plans and carrying the company forward with the Rain Link Irrigation team beside her. She is not trying to replace Clint. No one could. She is protecting what they built together while allowing the company to grow into its next chapter.

There is courage in beginning something. There is also courage in continuing it after loss.

For Kara, keeping Rain Link Irrigation alive is deeply personal. Every repaired system, every customer served, and every team member supported becomes part of honoring Clint’s work.

The mission continues through the people who choose to show up, solve problems honestly, and care for the reputation Clint worked so hard to build.

Led by Kara Dunn. Strengthened by the Rain Link Irrigation Team.

Kara Dunn now leads Rain Link Irrigation with a clear responsibility: preserve the company’s foundation while building a strong future for its employees, customers, and community.

She is supported by team members who worked beside Clint, learned from him, and understand the standards he expected.

Together, they are continuing the work with honesty, steady leadership, and a commitment to doing what is right, even when it is not the easiest option.

Rain Link Irrigation is moving forward, not by forgetting the past, but by building upon it.
